Welcome to Barcelona Pub Crawl.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Barcelona Pub Crawl website at barcelonapubcrawl.es (the "Website") and your participation in our events. By accessing or using the Website, or by purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Website or attend our events.
Definitions
"Client", "you" and "your" refer to the person accessing the Website, purchasing a ticket or attending an event and accepting the Company's Terms. "The Company", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Barcelona Pub Crawl. "Party" or "Parties" refers to both you and the Company. References to words in the singular include the plural and vice versa; words of any gender include all genders.
Tickets, cancellations, no-shows & rescheduling
Tickets are sold online through our booking provider, TicketingHub, and confirmed by email. Please check the date on your confirmation.
- Free cancellation: you may cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before the start time of the crawl you booked. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; booking or processing fees charged by the booking provider may be non-refundable.
- Inside 24 hours: tickets are non-refundable but may be moved to another date, subject to availability. Contact us on WhatsApp before the start time.
- Late arrivals and no-shows: no refund is provided if you arrive after the group has left the meeting point or do not attend.
- If we materially change or cancel an event, we will offer a replacement date or, at our discretion, a refund of the face value of the ticket.
Age, ID & right of admission
Events are strictly 18+. A valid, government-issued physical photo ID (passport or national ID card) is required; venues do not accept photos or copies of ID. We reserve the right to refuse admission or service (including due to intoxication, unsafe or inappropriate behaviour, or breach of a venue's dress code) and/or to remove any person from an event without refund.
Event changes & force majeure
Bars and clubs are confirmed on the night. We may reasonably change venues, timings, content or advertised partners (including the final club) depending on events, capacity and availability. Named venues on the Website are examples of where the crawl usually goes and are not a guarantee of a specific venue on a specific night. We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events outside our reasonable control (including weather, strikes, actions of public authorities, safety or security issues, and acts of God).
Code of conduct & safety
Guests must follow staff instructions at all times. The possession or use of illegal drugs, dangerous items or weapons is strictly prohibited. Venues may conduct security checks. Anti-social, abusive or discriminatory behaviour will result in ejection without refund. Please drink responsibly; our guides may decline further drinks or participation to anyone they consider unsafe.
Third-party venues & transport
Events take place at third-party venues. Their admission rules, dress codes and terms apply in addition to ours. We are not responsible for acts or omissions of such third parties beyond our reasonable control, including a venue refusing entry under its own policies.
Personal belongings & lost property
Personal belongings are brought at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, theft or damage to property at our events or partner venues. Lost property enquiries can be made via WhatsApp or email; reasonable proof of ownership may be required.
Photography, video & media
Barcelona Pub Crawl may photograph and/or film our events. By participating, you acknowledge and agree that your image, likeness, voice and performance may be captured and that Barcelona Pub Crawl (and our partners) may use such recordings worldwide, in perpetuity, in any media now known or later developed, including our Website, social media channels (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, Facebook), online advertising and other promotional materials, without further notice or compensation.
If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please inform our staff at check-in. We will use reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but you may still appear incidentally or as part of a crowd scene where your image is not the focus.
You may request removal of specific images or videos that we control on our own channels by contacting us with the relevant URL or screenshot. We will review and, where feasible, remove such content within a reasonable time. This does not apply to third-party reposts or printed materials already produced.
Where applicable, we process photo and video content as personal data on the basis of our legitimate interests in documenting and promoting our events. See our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with an event or the Website shall not exceed the total price paid by you for the relevant tickets. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Privacy
We are the data controller of personal data processed via the Website and in connection with events. We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR, for purposes such as booking administration, customer service, safety and security, and marketing where permitted. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Website and, if you accept them, to measure and show our ads through Google Ads. See our Cookie Policy for details and how to change your choice.
Intellectual property & licence
Unless otherwise stated, Barcelona Pub Crawl and/or its licensors own all intellectual property rights in and to the Website and its content. All rights are reserved. You may access the Website for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to the restrictions set out in these Terms. You must not republish, sell, rent, sub-license, reproduce, duplicate, copy or redistribute material from the Website.
User comments
Parts of the Website may allow users to post comments or other content ("Comments"). We do not pre-screen Comments. Comments reflect the views of the person who posts them, not those of the Company. We reserve the right to remove any Comment we consider inappropriate, offensive or in breach of these Terms. You represent and warrant that you are entitled to post your Comments, that they do not infringe any third-party right and do not contain defamatory, offensive, indecent or unlawful material, and that you will not use Comments to solicit business. You grant the Company a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish and distribute your Comments in any media.
Linking to our Website
Government agencies, search engines, news organisations, online directories and accredited businesses may link to our Website without prior written approval, provided the link is not misleading, does not falsely imply sponsorship or endorsement, and fits the context of the linking site. Use of our logo or artwork requires our written permission. Without prior written permission, you may not create frames around our webpages that alter the presentation of our Website. We reserve the right to request removal of any link to our Website. We are not responsible for content on any site that links to us.
Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to the Website and your use of it. Nothing in this disclaimer will limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that may not be excluded under applicable law. We do not warrant that the information on the Website is complete or accurate, or that the Website will remain available.
Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page. The Terms in force at the time of your booking apply to that booking.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. The courts of Barcelona, Spain shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Website or our events.
